Please take processing times into consideration when ordering to ensure your item(s) arrive in time.
- Shipping costs for purchased items are applied during checkout.
- All prints are shipped by Royal Mail tracked special delivery within 7-10 working days once your order has been processed. This way we know where your awesome prints are. (Note: UK Bank Holidays excluded). If you have not received your item after this time just email us at: [email protected].
- Please be super patient as things out of our control can happen during the current covid-19 pandemic and may result in delivery delays.
- Any customers outside of the UK are responsible for any additional import duties and local customs tax or charges. These are not within our control and put in place by certain countries the delivery has been requested from – We don’t make the rules!
- If you have a gift emergency feel free to email [email protected] or message us via Instagram @juskiransondart and we will do our best to help!
- Our artwork is freshly print to order to eliminate damage to the prints during storage.
- Returning items can result in damage and cannot be re-sold, therefore we operate under a no returns policy unless it is an error on our part. We are a small business so please take this into consideration when purchasing your perfect print!
- We will only accept returns of an item that is faulty due to our error.
To complete your return, contact us straight away by completing this form and include the following:
1) Proof of receipt of your purchase
2) Description of fault/defect
3) Three photographs showing the defect clearly.
Please do not send your purchase back without completing the above steps. We will review your request and send a return address if accepted. If the refund is approved, we will require the item to be returned within 7 days.
- You will be liable for return shipping costs and no refund of the original shipping costs will be issued.
- You should consider using tracked/recorded delivery with the tracking number sent to us and purchase shipping insurance for the item you are returning as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- You will be notified once we have received your returned item and you will have the option for a replacement/exchange or payment credited back to you.
- Should you need a full refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
